For Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x users, the settings for JavaScript and cookies are examined and set by first selecting "Tools:Internet Options" from the main menu bar.
This will display the following menu window. Click on the "Privacy" tab to see your privacy settings. A setting of "high" will disable cookies in your browser. Settings of "low" or "medium" have cookies enabled.
If cookies are not working, you could be that your security settings are set to "high". Check your security settings by clicking on the "Security" tab.
