| element | An XML term defining a component of an XML document that has been identified in a way a computer can understand (parsable) |
| element contents | An XML term that refers to the contents (data) of an element |
| element attributes | An XML term referring to the parameters included with an XML element |
| href | A reference to a URL within an HTML or manifest file |

| PCDATA | XML keyword for restricted character data (parsable character data) |

| Schema | An XML term referring to the file (filetype .xsl) used to define and control XML document files (XML data). |
